Given his extensive experience in Local Government, Jake knows how to best communicate with various assessment professionals to get them on-side quickly. For example, he helped Rivergum Homes obtain approval for more than 500 houses in a single calendar year.
Jake always delivers on his promises. This is especially so when challenged by a complex development proposal where the solution may not be immediately obvious.
