Grazio is a founding Director of URPS. He is renowned for his policy and development facilitation expertise for both the private and public sectors.

His dual post-graduate qualifications in Planning and Public Policy and Management are matched with expansive planning experience in urban, peri-urban and regional areas.

Grazio has also worked across five jurisdictions – South Austarlia, Victoria, Western Australia, NSW and the Nothern Territory.

His approach to policy development is pragmatic, while also embracing contemporary research and best practice.  His strategic planning expertise is founded on a statutory planning background, and he continues to play a significant role in the facilitation of significant development proposals.

An extraordinary work ethic and an always composed demeanour ensures that Grazio remains in demand for the design and delivery of a wide range of planning projects.
