As URPS’ inaugural Managing Director for 10 years, Marcus helped establish URPS’ reputation for rigour, delivery and planning excellence.

He now dedicates his time to coordinating development applications with clients and allied consultants.  A widely recognised expert in development facilitation who uses his excellent understanding of development legislation and planning guidelines to sway decision makers.  Marcus is also sought after as an expert witness in various courts and tribunals.

Going the extra mile sees Marcus actively involved in several industry organisations, engaging with the community, and influencing new planning policy.
