Kooyonga

An important upgrade to extend the 16th hole and enhance this nationally recognised championship course.
Kooyonga Golf Club

The project extended the par‑five by using land from 3 Willingale Avenue, shifting the boundary so the hole can be lengthened beyond the limits of the original site.

URPS secured planning approval for the boundary change, land‑use shift and removal of two trees. This involved navigating complex policies, managing the interface with nearby homes, and providing strong justification to support a smooth approval process.

Great design ensured that impacts on adjoining residents were minimised while supporting Kooyonga’s ongoing commitment to a world‑class golf experience.
