Penny Dodsworth

Penny Dodsworth

Penny was born to be a planner. Excited about the positive influence development can have on communities.

She cut her teeth as a statutory planner at two councils.  Balancing wide-ranging environmental and amenity impacts.  Always eager to take on a new challenge as she learned what makes local government tick.

Managing significant workloads is second nature to Penny.  Equally confident interacting with proponents, objectors and assessors.  Great at pulling together persuasive written support for development projects.

Penny has a healthy competitive streak and enjoys resolving issues as efficiently as possible.  Like we said – born to be a planner.
