We prepared a concept layout that would be marketable yet respectful of planning policy. This required paricular attention to the existing zoning and land division pattern. 

URPS added value by using GIS tools to create a layout that maximised the potential for development. This required planning knowledge to ensure the inputs would provide an appropriate design solution and density target. 

Our team worked closely with our client’s real estate agent to ensure our graphic output matched the branding of their marketing collateral.
