Our client unknowingly did work at their property without necessary approvals: a large parking area which doubled as a place where his elderly mother could walk without obstruction. 

URPS added value by demonstrating to Council that, with some new landscaping and additional materials that respect the Local Heritage Place, the works were appropriate. 

Incorporating species suited to the location and building upon a partially established landscape character, our streetscape montage played a key role in our success. This was accompanied by our landscape concept plan.
