Justin is one of Western Australia’s most experienced and well-respected urban planners who has helped deliver some of the state’s most prominent urban developments.
As a strategic planner, Justin has overseen various land supply strategies across the Perth and Peel regions. He has prepared several District and Local Structure Plans, as well as a variety of design guidelines.
Justin has also led several award-winning projects for Tier 1 developers. These include Mirvac’s Henley Brook Estate and Stockland’s Newhaven and Calleya Estates, all renowned for their design excellence.
As a statutory planner, Justin has facilitated approvals for everything from land rezonings, large subdivisions and complex mixed-use developments. He is also very experienced in development contribution schemes, land feasibility studies and town planning appeals.
Justin has built strong relationships across the development industry and within Government, recognised for his breadth of expertise and pragmatic approach that always leads to solutions.
