A clear view of planning policies across a property portfolio supports more efficient management and better development decisions.
Property Database

URPS developed a database for ECH’s South Australian property portfolio. The database shows the relevant planning policies for each property, including zones, overlays and technical and numeric variations.

URPS added value by:

  • Using spatial data to identify the planning policies that apply to each parcel and estimate potential yield at different building heights.
  • Developing an Access database so the information could be easily searched and reviewed.
