Her diverse local government experience working at metropolitan and regional Councils in South Australia extends from broad-acre land divisions, agriculture activities and tourist accommodation to complex residential and commercial projects.
Rebecca is particularly accomplished in facilitating medium and high-density infill and commercial development applications. Managing such large-scale projects has taught her to be adaptable, pragmatic and solutions focussed.
Skilled at systems thinking and client relationships, Rebecca has excelled in the roll-out of significant telecommunications facilities and housing for a prominent volume builder. This has also extended her networks in Local Government throughout South Australia.
A real people person, Rebecca embodies the URPS way – she is energised, responsive and determined.
